On 27 August 2022 the foundation held its second AGM reporting current assets of $111,000 having distributed $6,000 to the rowing club during the year. Robert van Mourik and Peter Macgregor were re-elected as directors of the board.
The foundation also announced plans to host a Foundation Lunch in March 2023 to enlist the support of members and alumni of the club.
